These mornings are designed to help mothers get out of the house, connect with others, and feel supported in whatever season of motherhood they're in.
Whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum, chasing toddlers, or somewhere in between, you're welcome here.
Prams, carriers, babies, toddlers, siblings, support partners, feed stops, snack breaks, chats and slow paces are all part of the experience.
What to Expect
We begin with a relaxed walk along the beautiful Ettalong Esplanade, at a pace that works for everyone.
After the walk, we return to The Village Collective where we'll gather for tea, coffee, connection and our Monthly Practitioner Series.
Each month, a different practitioner joins us to share practical support, education and conversation around motherhood, offering a chance to learn, ask questions and connect with local experts.
The Village Collective is a welcoming, baby and child-friendly space, making it easy to attend exactly as you are.
And because motherhood rarely goes to plan, if the weather isn't on our side we'll simply skip the walk and spend the morning together at The Village Collective enjoying coffee, connection and our guest speaker.
A Note for Expecting Mothers
If you're pregnant and wondering whether you should come, this is especially for you.
Many mothers spend months preparing for birth but very little time preparing for what comes after.
The Community Walks are a beautiful opportunity to meet local mothers, build connections before your baby arrives, learn from experienced practitioners and begin creating your village before you need it.
Are you a practitioner who supports mothers and families?
I'd love to hear from you. I'm always looking to connect with local practitioners who align with the values of community, education and support for mothers.
Monthly walks are currently held on the first Saturday of each month.
