Work With Me
-
(In-home, beyond the home, and support for siblings)
Postpartum support doesn’t look the same for every mother — and it doesn’t stop at the front door.
I offer flexible, responsive support during the early weeks and beyond, shaped around what would genuinely help you in this season. That might mean support at home, stepping out together, or holding space for the whole family as everyone adjusts.
This support may include:
Emotional support and space to talk things through
Caring for baby while you rest, shower, or take a breath
Light practical help that eases the load
Gentle presence without pressure to host, explain, or perform
Support for older siblings as they adjust to changes
Being alongside you as you find your rhythm again — at home or out in the world
I don’t arrive with a rigid plan. I arrive with presence, care, and the ability to meet you where you are.
This is support that adapts as your needs shift — not one-size-fits-all, and never rushed.

Walking Wellness isn’t about fitness or “getting back into shape.”
It’s about gentle movement, connection, and nervous-system support — with someone alongside you.
These walks are shaped around real life: prams, feeds, siblings, dogs, stops, slow paces, and conversations that unfold naturally.
Walking Wellness may look like:
Gentle movement to support body and mind
Connection and emotional support
A calm way to re-enter the world outside the home
Someone steady beside you while you walk, talk, or simply breathe
Walks can be one-on-one, in small relaxed groups, or as part of a monthly community walk, and are always guided by what feels supportive to you.
Monthly community walks are currently held on the first weekend of each month (Saturday and Sunday).
-
(Non-birth support)
Pregnancy can be tender, overwhelming, and emotionally complex — especially in second or subsequent pregnancies.
I offer support during pregnancy that focuses on emotional wellbeing, nervous-system care, and feeling supported as a whole person — not birth planning or clinical guidance.
This support may include:
Space to talk through fears, changes, or emotional weight
Support during anxious or vulnerable periods
Gentle movement or walking together
Practical or emotional support as life continues around pregnancy
This is the kind of care many women need during pregnancy — and often don’t realise they’re allowed to ask for.

Mothers who have experienced the loss of their babies still need — and deserve — postpartum care.
Grief changes everything, but it doesn’t remove the need for support, presence, and gentle care.
I offer sensitive, respectful support for mothers navigating postpartum life after loss, holding space without timelines, expectations, or attempts to “fix” grief.
This support is led by what feels safest and most supportive for you, and always offered with deep care and compassion.
Monthly Community Walks
These walks are about getting out of the house and into the world — together.
They’re relaxed, supportive, and shaped around real life with babies and children.
Prams, carriers, siblings, stops, chats, silences, and slow paces are all welcome!
The monthly community walk is a chance to move, connect, and feel less alone — without pressure to perform, keep up, or be anything other than where you are.
Siblings are welcome, and the walk is designed with little ones in mind.
